Penny & Clover Properties was founded on a simple belief: buying or selling a home should feel personal, not transactional. After years working at large brokerages, partners Giancarla Floridia and Sean McHugh struck out on their own to build the kind of renovation company they always wished existed — one that takes the time to truly understand what a home means to the people who will live in it.

Penny has been selling homes in Portland since 2003. A lifelong craftsman enthusiast, she has personally restored two bungalows in Sellwood and knows the neighborhood inside out. She holds a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation and is a past president of the Portland Association of Realtors.
Co-Founder & Buyer's Specialist
Daniel brings a background in architecture and historic preservation to every transaction. He has an eye for structural integrity and period detail that buyers and sellers alike rely on. When he's not touring homes, he's likely hiking the Gorge or restoring vintage furniture in his garage.
